St Austell Brewery

This year, for the third time, we were fortunate enough to receive ILM Leadership and Management training from John himself.

The course was really well structured to our needs, extremely informative and positively challenging.

Everyone who took part really found it useful and helped us improve our business. Thanks John and True Blue, we would thoroughly recommend.

Cornwall Health

We here at Cornwall Health, the Cornwall Urgent Care Out of Hours provider have been using TBTS for the past 12 months and have been impressed with their professionalism and can-do attitude. We have had 6 managers complete the ILM level 3 and 40 members of staff complete ILM level 2. We have also utilised one of the TBTS team to assist with a recruiting activity and it has saved a considerable amount of time and money.

We have now also booked 12 staff on First aid courses.

Overall a real pleasure to work with and I look forward to developing this working relationship.

Cornwall Council

The 'Introduction to Lean Service Improvement' is the best training course I have undertaken in quite some time, which is also the most useful for actually applying in practice. With us all facing reductions in resources and the future strategic direction of the Council; this could be a course that becomes one of the core offers for managers and any employee. Some really excellent tools gained which are easy to use and apply in any role.

The Fencing Partnership

The four days spent being tutored by John Shaw on the Principles of Leadership & Management was quite remarkable. New ideas, new opinions, new ways of looking at things. John's delivery style is well presented, informative and thought provoking. As a result of attending the course I have changed ways of dealing with some of the day to day issues that one comes up against and have assisted my staff to look at different ways to overcome problems they may face whilst carry out their jobs. When the opportunity arises I would have no hesitation to call John to ask if he can provide the solution to a particular training need.

PLUSS

John and the team at True Blue provided some excellent training in a wide variety of different areas from Customer Service, Food Safety and Health & Safety to ILM Level 3 for our middle managers. We have always been able to get what we wanted even if we were unsure how we could achieve this with the understanding of John at the forefront. I have no hesitation in recommending John and his fellow trainers and professionals.
