ABOUT US
True Blue Training Solutions (TBTS) was established in 2013 to meet the needs of businesses requiring bespoke training, without necessarily following the more formalized offerings of large scale/academic providers. TBTS became a Limited Partnership in 2022.
Based in the West of Cornwall, with training venues around the County.
We actually cover most areas of the UK (subject specific), with clients as far afield as Aberdeen, Belfast, London and Cardiff. TBTS(LP) acts as a training provider, business consultancy and collaborative training resource provider.

Meet the Senior Partner

Jo Arnold-Mayes BEd(Hons), NPQSL
Senior Partner
I joined True Blue in 2022 as Training Manager and became the owner and Senior Partner/Senior Consultant in April 2026, taking over from its founder, John Shaw MBE.
With nearly 40 years experience in Education and training delivery, gaining NPQSL status in Senior Leadership, I manage the training logistics and delivery, plus the scheduling of our trainers. Specialising in First Aid, Sports First Aid, Mental Health, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene. I have also developed our Domiciliary Care training syllabus, including: Induction training, Medicines Management, Dementia Care, Moving & Handling of People, Epilepsy Care, Diabetes Care, End-of-Life Care and Cancer Care workshops.
In my spare time, I am a current SWAS First Responder, hockey player and an England RFU First Aid Trainer.
